Conservation and Ecology of whales (GEOG 303)

This course examines the fundamental biology, evolution, and ecology of the modern whale species. Discusses the history and the spectrum of the human relationships with whales, and current topics in the marine mammal sphere will be critically examined. Lectures will include a review of slides, bones, photographs, video and other visual aids to aid understanding.
